On March 17, 2020, we made the decision to close our office lobbies to the public in response to COVID-19. Our offices are equipped with lock boxes for payments and document that are unable to be processed electronically. We strongly encourage you to use our website’s 24 Hour Service Center for routine payments or to report a claim during non-business hours.
Our entire staff is ready to assist you with your insurance needs via phone, email, chat and text. We have undertaken several measures to keep our staff and customers safe when we reopen. We have installed sneeze guards at our front desks, hand sanitizer dispensers in our lobbies, increased routine cleaning and undertaken office wide mist disinfecting.
