Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Norwich, CT. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, providing insurance policy recommendations and solutions, analyzing clients’ coverage needs and performing risk assessments, attending client meetings and delivering presentations, and collaborating with other teams to ensure appropriate and timely service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Licensure in Property & Casualty insurance is a plus
